3. Orders and Delivery
3.1 Order Window: Orders can be placed within a limited time window of each month. Orders received after this date will be processed in the following month.
3.2 Delivery Timeframe: Deliveries are made within 10 business days after the order window closes.
3.3 Extra Order Window: During this period, our shop will allow orders to be placed, and deliveries will be made within a few business days. You will be notified of any extra order windows through official communication.
3.4 Delivery Areas: We deliver exclusively to specific areas within Belgium, which can be checked on our website. To ensure product quality, all deliveries are handled internally by our company, without the use of third-party shipping services.
3.5 Unsuccessful delivery attempts: In the event of unforeseen delays, customers will be notified via email or phone. If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, a second attempt will be scheduled, and an additional cost may be applied, not exceeding the original delivery fee.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1 Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 days from the receipt of the products without providing any reason. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products, products that are likely to deteriorate quickly, or sealed products that have been opened.
4.3 Return Procedure: To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us via email at info@buonappetitobox.com and return the products in their original packaging within 7 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product was defective or incorrect upon delivery.
4.4 Refund: Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
4.5 Partially Consumed Products: Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. If returned products are damaged or not in their original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to issue only a partial refund.

5.1 Warranty and Defects: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours at info@buonappetitobox.com.
Legal warranties as per applicable European consumer protection laws apply.
For defective wine or ingredients, customers must retain at least two-thirds of the product, along with any original cork or packaging, and report the issue to Customer Service to facilitate inspection. BuonAppetitoBox will arrange a free pickup for further evaluation and propose a suitable solution. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Claims submitted after this period, or for products not returned in their original packaging or that have expired, will not be considered. Any returned items must be accompanied by a transport document that includes the reference number and date of the original invoice.

6.1 Information Accuracy: We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our products. However, we cannot guarantee the absence of errors. BuonAppetitoBox reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to update or modify information at any time without prior notice.
6.2 Liability Limitation: Except in cases of fraud or gross negligence, BuonAppetitoBox is not liable for any direct or indirect damages to persons or property resulting from the acceptance or fulfillment of an order.
6.3 Responsible Consumption: BuonAppetitoBox promotes responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages and is not responsible for purchases made by individuals under 18 years old. By purchasing any alcoholic product, you confirm that you are of legal age as per Article 7 of DL 158/2012.
