Storage	Store in the refrigerator at a temperature between +4° and +8°C for scamorza, pancetta, and friarielli cream. The pizza base should be stored in a cool, dry place. Use the ingredients by the expiration date on the packaging. Note: Once opened, scamorza and pancetta should be consumed within 3 days to maintain freshness. Friarielli cream should be stored in the refrigerator and is usable up to 5 days after opening.
